Few interested and experienced people in dry battery industry gathered together in 1980 and decided to establish a production and industrial unit in that regard. These people were Mr. Taghi Morshedi, as leader Mr. Nobari Tabrizi and Mr. Kourosh Sheikhi Bakhtiari.
Due to approach to mentioned target, they provided their project and economical plan to ministry of industry.
Basic acceptance of ministry of industry under reference No. of 221260 dated 1982 was submitted then and actual production of (AA-R6) and (D-R20) sizes batteries started. After the acceptance, with primary studies and researches, establishers of company found factory's location in Kaveh Industrial City located in Saveh city and company was constructed with the capital of 100,000,000 Rials under the management of Mr. Taghi Morshedi (Chairman of the board), Mr. Nobari Tabrizi (Managing Director) and Mr. Kourosh Sheikhi Bakhtiari (Vice Chairman of the board).
The company registered then under Ref. No. 44123 dated 1982 in the registry office in Tehran . Then after, immediately a land acred 5000 square meters was bought in Kaveh Industrial City , 2 nd street and building construction was started. During building construction, machineries which could not be constructed inside country were registered to “WONDER” company in U.S.A. via opening letter of credit for Turkey . In continuation, those machineries which could be built in Iran were prepared by company's experts. Due to Iran and Iraq war and political situations at that time, ministry of commerce rejected and canceled the importation license for “WONDER” Company and substituted the order by European manufacturers such as Germany and Italy which were chosen by complete expertise of establishers of company. Then, letter of credits were established two times; one for (D-R20) battery in 1985 and another for (AA-R6) battery in 1989. During these mentioned years, construction of factory was also completed.

In 1985, Mr. Kourosh Sheikhi Bakhtiari board's member and technical manager was selected to be managing director of company by board of directors in order for him to have more close observance to different aspects of company. Part of (D-R20) battery machineries were imported in 1985 and along with other inside built-up machineries without any need from foreign assistance, installed and were ready to operate. Established temporarily certificate of (D-R20) production under the Ref. No. of 300/7206/345946 dated 1987 from ministry of industry was submitted then and production of (D-R20) battery started in 1988 as a test procedure. It is worth mentioning that in spite of high capacity of (D-R20) battery production line, two problems, war situation and foreign exchange allocations for raw material usage and spare parts importation were the cause for less production of (D-R20) battery. To develop the project, a land acred 4970 square meters was bought close to the factory in 1988 and at the same year necessary actions toward production of (AA-R6) battery were done by establishing letter of credits for Germany and Italy (Pilazeta Company) and related machineries were in the factory and started production in 1991. This production line was submitted and started running by company's experts along with the completion of (D-R20) battery production line. In the meantime, needed spare parts inside the country were made and outside purchasing were ordered then and ready to be operable in second half of 1992. Finally, operable certificate letter under ministry of industry's reference 46/6636/60059 dated 1993 was submitted for the capacities of 27 million Pcs (D-R20) battery and 17 million Pcs for (AA-R6) battery per year. Due to social needs and usage for (AA-R6) battery, immediate action for few (D-R20) production line machineries converted to (AA-R6) battery by skilled workers in the factory in order to fulfill the need of market. In the meantime, new machineries for (D-R20) battery production line were considered as substitution on time and started running in the middle of 2001. With board of directors confirmation and having in mind new design in company's products and also market demands, most machineries for (C-R14) battery were built inside the factory and few imported from abroad and production started in the beginning of the year 2003.
Also, other activities of the company toward future project which their researches and studies steps had been finished include production of LRO3, LR6 ALKALINE and 9V-F22 batteries.
Total primary capital of company on 9 stages has been increased to
12.5 billion Rials and in last board of director meeting being due to completion of development, this capital is supposed to increase has been increased to 17.5 billion Rials in 2006.
Due to illegal importation of battery without good quality into the country from illegal origins (smuggling borders) and supplying them into the market, tremendous problems have been confronted to dry battery industries and therefore caused few shareholders to give up their shares to other counterparts.
